How you can help...

We basically need as many people as possible to do as much as they can. We need to get as many people to contact the governor and legislators by the end of January 2003. This is the only way to make our voice heard on this issue.

Write your legislator -> New Jersey Legislature

Write Governor James E. McGreevey -> Governor's Contact Information

Address:
125 West State St
Trenton NJ 08625
Phone: (609)292-6000
Fax: (609)293-3454

Write the Department of Commerce -> Website

Send me an e-mail -> WebMaster@AboutNewJersey.com

Sign the petition and tell others about it.

Forward this e-mail to as many New Jerseyans as you can and ask them to pass it onto others.

Post or pass out the flyer. (it is an 8 1/2 x 11 graphic - it may take a while to download - please be patient)

For some ideas of what to write - check out this sample Letter which concentrates on tourism and look at the letter I sent to the Star Ledger and Home News which I have on the AboutNewJersey.com editorial page for some ideas. I also have another letter which concentrates on the educational aspects.

I hope to have additional preformatted letters that you can copy, print and mail directly to the governor and your legislator. I also plan on getting mailing addresses and fax numbers posted on here also.

If you would like to become directly involved and have ideas - please let me know. You can contact me at...
